Once onboard, you’ll receive a Trello board where you can add tasks to a queue and those will be completed one by one.

Fast turn around

Based on your plan, you should expect individual tasks done within a few days, Monday to Friday. And you’re free to keep tweaking the tasks in the queue as you see fit.

FAQs

  • At Double Studio, we understand that clients have different preferences on how to request designs. You can request designs directly via Trello, share Google Docs or wireframes, or even record a brief video. We provide a ton of flexibility to make it easy for you to share your design brief. If it can be linked to or shared in Trello, we’ll accept that.

  • On average, most requests are completed in just two days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.

  • Once subscribed, you're able to add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.
